Our No-Hassle Return Process
We do NOT require you to ship the item back. Simply contact us with your order number and we will resolve it immediately with a full refund or free replacement. No return shipping. No complicated process. Just contact us and we fix it.
Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if the item arrived damaged or defective, the item received is different from what was ordered, the item did not arrive within 45 days of purchase, or you are not satisfied with the product within 30 days of delivery.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to wpettstore@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for your request. Attach photos if the item is damaged or defective. Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours.
Refund Options
Depending on the situation we offer a full refund to your original payment method, a replacement item sent at no additional cost, or store credit for future purchases.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-7 business days to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Situations
Orders where an incorrect address was provided by the customer, items damaged due to misuse or negligence, and requests made after 30 days of delivery are not eligible for refunds.
Costumes and Accessories Fit Issues
For pet costumes and accessories, if the item does not fit your pet, please contact us at wpettstore@gmail.com. We will do our best to find a solution including exchange or store credit. We recommend checking the size guide carefully before purchasing.
